Skinner Masur is a nimble skinning knife with good grip and control. Oiled curly birch handle offers a secure grip and a premium, natural look.
Skinner Masur is an agile and functional skinning knife, specially developed for big game hunters. The blade is inspired by a model dating back approximately 400 years, discovered in the Hallingdal region, giving the knife an authentic and traditional character.
The knife fits comfortably in the hand and provides excellent control during skinning. The blade is made from hardened stainless steel (1.4116N), ensuring long-lasting sharpness and good wear resistance. The straight-ground edge makes the knife easy to sharpen, even in the field.
The handle is crafted from oiled curly birch, providing a classic appearance as well as a secure and comfortable grip—even under demanding conditions.
The knife comes with a durable black leather sheath with a snap closure, ensuring safe storage and easy access.
To ensure a long lifespan, it is recommended to wipe the knife dry after use before placing it back in the sheath. With proper maintenance, you will have a reliable hunting knife ready to handle tasks for many years to come.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
