Hunter Premium Chef 13.5 cm is an exclusive, handcrafted vegetable knife with a porcelain blade, produced in Norway. The knife features a thin, lightweight, and razor-sharp blade that cuts smooth and precise slices.
The knife is very light and has a sharp porcelain blade that stays sharp significantly longer than traditional steel blades. This is because porcelain has a hardness close to diamond on the hardness scale. Additionally, the porcelain blade does not affect the taste of the food.
The handle is based on the well-proven design of our bestseller, the Brusletto Hunter – a model that has sold over 1.4 million units. Its ergonomic design has received excellent feedback from experienced outdoors people, hunters, and fishermen.
The handle is made from dyed and oiled curly birch, providing a good grip and an exclusive, natural appearance.
A magnet is included if you wish to store the knife on a magnetic knife rack. The magnet is easily placed on the front of the knife before hanging it up.
Proper use of porcelain knives
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board
Do not bend or apply force to the blade
Do not use the knife on frozen food or food with bones (only boneless meat and fish)
Avoid striking the blade
Be aware that the blade may shatter if the knife is dropped on the floor
To preserve quality over time, hand washing is recommended, as the wooden handle is not suitable for dishwashers.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
