Carving set in two parts consisting of a chef's knife and a carving fork.
Hunter Premium Chef Carving Set consists of the following parts: a 19 cm chef's knife and a carving fork. The set is designed, developed, and handcrafted at our factory in Norway. The carving fork features the same handle materials as our chef's knives in the same series. It is forged from stainless steel with a handle made of specially treated curly birch wood. The carving fork is perfect for carving roasted meat, as well as turning and moving meat during cooking.
Developed in Geilo, we have used the same type of steel in this knife as in our outdoor knives and kitchen knives with wooden handles. This ensures that the knife edge remains sharp for a long time. The handle used on the knives is the same as in the rest of the Hunter series. We have received many positive reviews about our handle, which functions excellently as a kitchen knife. At the same time, it is a beautiful knife that will enhance your kitchen knife rack.
We recommend washing the knife by hand, as the wooden handle is not dishwasher safe, and handwashing helps the knife retain its sharp edge for longer.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
