Small and handy gutting knife with a blade length of 7.5 cm. Developed for small game, but also well suited for opening the abdomen of fish.

Havsdalen gutting knife is a specialized knife with the edge ground along the spine of the blade, designed for efficient and careful opening of game.
The blade has a length of 7.5 cm and features a blunt tip, allowing you to open and eviscerate animals without risking damage to the internal organs. The compact size makes the knife easy to handle, and it is particularly well suited for both big game and small game hunters.
The short blade also makes it highly useful for fish. The abdomen can be opened easily with a quick cut, after which the knife is drawn in a smooth motion down towards the vent.
The handle is made from a material that provides a secure and stable grip, even in wet conditions or when handling fish. The blade is made from stainless steel 1.4116N, offering good durability and easy maintenance sharpening. The knife comes with a cowhide leather sheath.
To preserve the knife’s quality over time, it is recommended to wipe it dry after use before placing it back in the sheath. With proper maintenance, you will have a solid and durable utility knife that will last for many years.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.

For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
