Brusletto Granbit Limited Edition is a traditional, high-quality paring knife developed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. The knife stands out with its exclusive and refined design, featuring a handle composed of three different types of wood.
The bolster and pommel are made of nickel silver, giving the knife a classic and solid appearance. The included sheath is made from dyed cowhide and features a safety insert that protects the blade. The retaining strap ensures the knife stays securely in place when not in use.
The blade has a straight grind and is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel, known for its excellent durability and ease of maintenance sharpening. The knife is suitable for a wide range of tasks – from simple cutting jobs to food preparation.
The handle is a unique combination of curly birch, laminated wood, and walnut, carefully bonded together to create a distinctive and elegant look. At the same time, it is ergonomically designed to provide a secure and comfortable grip during use.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
