Sølvgutten is an exclusive gift and anniversary knife—a true classic for special occasions worth celebrating. The knife features a solid bolster made of genuine 925 silver and is delivered in an elegant wooden box with carved details in the lid, giving it an exclusive appearance.
The knife has an overall length of 18 cm, with a straight-ground blade measuring 7.6 cm, making it well suited for versatile use. The blade is made from stainless knife steel, offering good durability and easy maintenance.
The handle is crafted from curly birch, specially treated to highlight the unique and decorative grain pattern of the wood. The knife comes with a sheath made of dyed cowhide, equipped with a safety insert and a retaining strap to keep the knife securely in place when not in use.
Engraving can be added on the left side of the blade or, if preferred, on the handle, making the knife a personal and lasting gift. For use with a bunad, the loop can easily be adapted by making a small slit on the back, allowing the knife to be attached to a button.
The knife is presented in a decorative wooden gift box with carved details, further emphasizing its exclusive character.
To ensure a long lifespan, it is recommended to wipe the knife dry after use before placing it back in the sheath. With proper care, you will have a beautiful and reliable utility knife that will last for many years.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
