Floating fishing knife with flexible Sandvik steel blade. Cork and oiled birch handle provides a good grip, with hole for lanyard.
Fiskern is an ideal fillet knife with a flexible blade, perfect for precise and efficient fish filleting. The flexibility of the blade makes it easy to follow the fish’s bone structure and achieve clean fillets.
The blade features a tapered grind, providing excellent cutting performance and making the knife easy to work with. It is made from stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel, known for its good wear resistance and ease of maintenance.
The handle is made with cork, allowing the knife to float if it falls into the water—a practical feature while fishing. At the end of the handle, there is a screw knob with a hole, where you can easily attach a lanyard for added security.
To preserve the knife’s quality over time, it is recommended to wipe it dry after use before placing it back in the sheath. With proper care, you will have a solid and durable utility knife that will last for many years.
The knife comes with a brown cowhide sheath, featuring an internal plastic insert that provides extra protection for both the knife and the user.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
