Hunter Premium Chef is a handmade and exclusive chef's knife that is designed, developed and made by hand in our factory in Norway.

The Hunter Premium Chef 19 cm is an exclusive, handcrafted chef’s knife developed and produced in Norway. The knife features a thin, lightweight, and razor-sharp blade, equipped with air pockets that reduce friction and make it easier to cut smooth and precise slices.
This series uses the same steel quality as several of our hunting and outdoor knives. This provides a durable edge that stays sharp for a long time, while also being easy to resharpen when needed.
The handle is based on the well-proven design of our bestseller, the Brusletto Hunter—a model that has sold more than 1.4 million units. The ergonomic design has received excellent feedback from experienced outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and fishermen.
The handle is made from dyed and oiled curly birch, providing a secure grip and an exclusive, natural appearance.
The combination of the slim blade and the well-proven handle makes this an efficient and comfortable chef’s knife, suitable for most kitchen tasks.
It is recommended to avoid use on hard materials such as bone, as this may damage the thin edge. To preserve quality over time, hand washing is recommended, as the wooden handle is not suitable for dishwasher use.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Ringebu. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.

For products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
