Condor Filleting Knife 15

The patented design of the Condor series, featuring the textured rubber handle and the finger guard, ensure a firm grip of the knife even in difficult conditions.
The flexible and extremely sharp stainless steel blade ensures clean-cut fillets. This size is of blade is best suited for processing fish of about 1 kg.

Many other kitchen jobs such as slicing tomato become easy with this knife. The filleting knife is supplied with a black leather sheath.
