Duty Safe Food (S) MDBlue is a special knife for the food industry. With a 2.0 mm blunt blade in Swedish stainless steel, an ergonomic grip and a blue metal detectable handle and sheath, it is both safe and traceable in demanding environments. The 2.0 mm thick blade is made of Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. This combination makes it durable, easy to maintain and particularly suitable for daily use in food processing environments. This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
