The Hook Knife 164 (Right) features a 55 mm left-ground blade made from Swedish stainless steel. Designed for carving scoops, bowls, or deeper hollows. Comes with an edge protection made of Tärnsjö leather. The 2 mm thick, 55 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with over 80% recycled content and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The steel is durable, holds its edge for a long time, and requires minimal maintenance. This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
