The Hook Knife 162 has a 55 mm blade with a tight curve and double-edged blade, designed for carving scoops, bowls, and deeper hollows. The stainless steel holds its edge well and is easy to maintain. The knife features a full rat-tail tang for strength and stability, and a comfortable barrel-shaped Scandinavian birch handle.

Swedish stainless steel with long-lasting sharpness

The 2 mm thick, 55 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with over 80% recycled content and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The stainless steel is durable, holds its edge for a long time, and requires minimal maintenance.
