Companion Heavy Duty (C) is a sturdy knife made of German carbon steel, developed for demanding outdoor life, bushcraft, and hunting. It features a thick blade and an extra-large, ergonomic handle with a soft friction grip and finger guard for safe and versatile use. The 3.2 mm thick blade is made of German carbon steel (C100S) hardened to 57.5 HRC. The carbon steel is easy to resharpen but requires maintenance, with the blade always needing to be wiped clean and oiled after use. The Scandi Grind gives the knife strength in every cut, while the blade remains easy to sharpen and maintain. This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
