Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor products not manufactured at our Ringebu factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products.
